LIONEL FERREIRA
Founder, Creative Director, Designer
Lionel grew up in South Africa and studied at Auburn University while on tennis scholarship. He worked at top Atlanta design firms before founding FDC in 2003. With more than 25 years of experience, he has developed award-winning print, digital, environmental and product design for clients such as AXOR, CARVART, Chandra Rugs, Chick-fil-A, Coca-Cola, Delta Air Lines, French Paper, Hansgrohe, Hotel Hartness, Neenah Paper, Shaw Contract, Tandus Centiva and tvsdesign. 
Work recognition includes Communication Arts, Graphis, The Type Directors Club, HOW, PRINT, Best of NeoCon, Interior Design Best of Year and HiP at NeoCon, and GOOD DESIGN (The Chicago Athenaeum). His work has also been published in various design books and blogs. 
Lionel has served on a Communication Arts jury, served on the Auburn University School of Industrial and Graphic Design Advisory Council, and spoke at Auburn's SIGD Spring Convocation. 
LAURA FERREIRA (CIDQ)
Co-Founder, Designer, Interiors Consultant
Laura studied Interior Design in the School of Architecture at Auburn University. She worked at tvsdesign before joining her husband, Lionel Ferreira, at FDC to offer her space planning and interior design experience to showrooms, trade shows and product development projects. With more than 20 years of experience, she has collaborated on award-winning branding for clients such as AXOR, CARVART, Chandra Rugs, Hotel Hartness, Tandus Centiva and tvsdesign. 
Work recognition includes Communication Arts, Graphis, Best of NeoCon, Interior Design Best of Year and HiP at NeoCon, and GOOD DESIGN (The Chicago Athenaeum).
